Dear George & Vicky and all the staff of Reko Tours,

I'd like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with your tour company on my 1st tour to Egypt on February 9-17, 2010.  As an agent, it allowed me to shine in the eyes of my group of 12 clients, which hopefully will allow for future business with them.  I received many thanks for sharing this trip with them, many of them are looking forward to our next trip!!  Although there were last minute changes to our itinerary, beyond anyone's control,  we were able to go with the flow and make it work. Thank you for making this a smooth transition. (George, I apologize again for waking up your family so early in the morning..I did not think of the time difference) Egypt is a 7 hours ahead of EST...Travel agents it is of utmost importance to keep your lines of communication open with your tour operators before your journey, never take for granted any question as being too small...Especially when visiting a new destination.

We started our Journey meeting up at JFK and getting acquainted with our travel buddies in our group. After our 11 1/2 hour plane ride we arrived at the The Pyramid Park Hotel which the staff was very accommodating to our group, we were very comfortable, the daily breakfast was delicious and the restaurants in the hotel were very nice.  We even got a chance to witness an Egyptian style wedding in our hotel (Those folks know how to party!!) My clients put a hurting on Egypt's economy (in a good way)  They shopped and shopped!!! From Jewelry, Essential Oils, Egyptian Cotton, Alabaster from originals to those inspired by originals...LOL picked up plenty of souvenirs along the way too....

Our English speaking Egyptologist Sam and The Tour Manager Mohammed were phenomenal!  Sam explained the various places we visited like we were literally there. He stayed with us and made sure we were ok throughout the entire trip. (I had a client suffering with the after effects of chemo/radiation treatments and he did everything he could to make sure she was comfortable.)  It was nice to also have security accompany us during all of our tours! Mohammed made sure everything behind the scenes was taken care of..We were even able to get a 5:00 pm Check out since we had a late flight...To other travel agents, and travelers I would like to suggest to your group before the trip to put money aside for tips/gratuities.  For a 7 day journey and based on a 13 client trip at least $25 per person total for the porters/security $25 for the maids at the hotel and cruise ship and $5-7 per day to the Egyptologist and Tour Manager.  We are visiting their country and this is how they make most of their income.

Where shall I begin??? It was such an awe inspiring trip. Beginning with Cairo experiencing the Pyramids, The Sphinx, The Sound and Light Show, Museums and the Camel Ride (I had to get plenty of pictures.  No one would have believed I was on a camel!!) The entire group then took the optional trip to Alexandria which was breath taking. The highlights there were the Library and the Catacombs it was amazing!!  The museum tour was very captivating learning about Alexander the Great. Learning about the Greco-Roman era.  It is such a beautiful city, very refreshing to be surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea.

We then flew to Aswan to sail for 4 days & 3 nights on the Nile Symphony cruise down the Nile River.  Before we set sail we visited the High Dam, Old Dam, The Philae Temple and the Granite Quarries...All I can say was WOW!! After a very long day on the tours it was good to rest in the nice comfortable suites on the cruise. We sailed overnight to Edfu and had the opportunity to visit The Temple of Horus The history surrounding the construction of this temple made me want to do further research just amazing!! .Our final city was Luxor and I guess for me it was saving the best for last!! We visited Queen Hatshepsut Funerary Temple , Valley of The Kings & Queens, The Luxor Temple & The Karnak Temple.  The greenery was beautiful.. Again the food on the ship was delicious... Breakfast Lunch & Dinner!! We had great entertainment on the Ship (I think I am going to take up Belly Dancing..LOL) and had a good time partying we even had a party where we all bought Egyptian Fashion and danced the night away!! We met great people and a good time was had by all..

We flew back to Cairo to the Pyramid Park Hotel for 2 days, visited the most beautiful mall I've ever seen named City Stars attached to the InterContinental Hotel..It was a little city of it's own.  Very upscale, reminded me of Park & 5th Avenues in NY and Rodeo Drive in CA.  I would have liked to stay a little longer but we had a 12:30am flight back to JFK and had to get going back to the USA!!

Just a word of caution, this was a very fast paced trip it is not for the weary and tired, take your vitamins, don't drink the water or leafy green lettuce.  Take plenty of toilet paper with you, (seriously)  the public restrooms don't have any, there will be a lady at the door waiting for a tip and giving you one sheet of T.P. had to get used to that but I had my tissue I just gave her a tip to be nice...The selling on the Street and the Markets can be very overwhelming especially the little kids they just pull at your heart strings (too cute) hard to say no, but you would after a day or so LOL I learned la shokran meaning "No Thank You" very fast....And when you shop Always Bargain!! Our dollar went a long way...to the Egyptian Pounds. February was a great time to go to Egypt not too hot it was just right!!  You will be taking 100's of pictures and videos, take plenty of batteries (I would suggest Lithium batteries for digital cameras). I would also suggest an MP3 player to record all of the information and education you get from the Egyptologists on the tours

This was most certainly a trip of a lifetime and believe me it will not be the last time I visit Egypt it is so much more to explore...I am working on my next trip now!!

Thanks Again Reko Tours!!

Our group of attorneys and corporate executives visited Egypt in October 2009 and the weather was very bearable.  The trip was absolutely wonderful!  From the flights to all the sights.  The places we visited were unforgettable.  We enjoyed the Nile River Cruise and the staff was extremely helpful.  And our hotel, the Intercontinental Le Sphinx, was indeed a beautiful oasis.  We did not want to leave.  Our tour guides were extremely informative and helpful.  Everyone had a wonderful time.  This was indeed a trip of a lifetime.  It is highly recommended that you take one of our tours to Egypt offered by Reko Tours.  Remember to bring comfortable shoes and lots of film for your camera.  You will be glad that you did.  You will never forget your trip to Egypt.

Thanks to George and his staff at Reko for everything.

Hi dear friend,

It has been a whirlwind since we returned.  So I apologize for not
getting back to you.

I LOVE TURKEY!   In fact, I wish I would have extended it another
week and saw more.  The cave hotel was out of this world.   The
people and the culture was fantastic, so was the food.

We really liked Greece.  However, it was a bit of a let down after
seeing Egypt.  So much of greece has been destroyed.  But it was
truly wonderful.  Mykonos was my favorite island.  I probably could
live there.  We enjoyed the ferry rides and everything worked out
really well.   Except, we never did make it overnight to George's
home island.  Not quite sure what happened.

I was going to call you to tell you to keep you eye open for a
'good' deal (money is tight since we did 2 big trips this year.)
Larry and I would really like Costa Rica for a week.   But also
keep us in mind if any good airfare/trips come your way to
South AMerica.   we have never been there before and I would
like to do the Amazon, Peru, and all the touristy stuff.

We are leaving today for Toledo.  O
ur little granddaughter turns
2.

Also, my son Jeff is now in NYC.  He works for Iron Mountain.  The
plant is on Long Island.  He will be needing housing soon as his
roommate from West Point will be moving to EWR.

I'll call you next week and we can talk.  Tell me when the best
time for you to talk is...what are your hours???

Love, prayers, and Blessings for making our trip FANTASTIC.

Hello,

Per our telephone conversation upon our return from Egypt, I am sending this email regarding out trip.

The accommodations in Cairo were very nice and everyone was very accommodating.

The tour director, Joseph, was very helpful and had most everything organized well.  Those picking us up and meeting us in our various locations were always very prompt and easy to find.

The cruise ship Princess Sarah was very nice.  The entertainment was enjoyable.

The food on the trip was not exception, but actually much better than expected!  After all, we were in Egypt!

The Egyptologists were very informative and gave us an overload of information!  It was all very interesting and something we had always dreamed of seeing!  The Egyptian people are very friendly and we felt safe at all times.

hello Vicky,

We had a fabulous time in Egypt and on the Nile River cruise.  Having our tour guides were a definite asset to assist with insight, wisdom and logistics.  They were friendly and welcoming.  I wouldn't have wanted to take a trip like this without them.  We can't thank you enough for the opportunity and for your coordinated efforts to ensure our tour was one we could remember for a lifetime.  Ehab the tour guide on the cruise points, and Haney on the Sonesta.  Both were instrumental to making the trip a successful one.  It was a sorrow when we parted from our last tour guide representative at the airport in Cairo and driver from Luxor to Hurghada.  I highly recommend your tour package for years to come for anyone making travel plans outside the US/internationally!  We felt we had private diplomats and 1st class service.

Hello
We would like to thank you for the great trip
to Egypt, everything was perfect. The guides were fantastic and we found out quickly how difficult it is to travel after we left the organized trip to travel on our own.
Do you have any orgainzed trips to southeast Asia, the Vietnam area, Thailand, Cambodia? We would be very interested and are planning to travel to that area in November.
Again thank you very much for the wonderful experience.
Regards, Joe and Sharon Graham.

After a wonderful trip to London and meeting up with friends we have not seen for over 20 years and taking the double decker bus around the city, we left for Cairo and arrived just past midnight on May 21st.  We were greeted by the tour director who arranged for our hotel room to look out at the pyramids in Giza, wonderful.  We walked around the area, but it was a bit scary because there are no traffic lights and even though there are lanes on the roads they mean nothing people just drive where ever it suits them and if they want to pass they just kind of beep, maybe put on their blinkers and go usually the person behind slows down a bit and everyone is happy.  Pedestrians just kind of fit in between the speeding cars.  Joe said it reminded him of how the chariot races in ancient Rome must have been.I did not see any fender benders through they are all very considerate of each other.  We meet a couple (from Germany - he was American and she was Swiss)  with two children, so Joe had somebody to play with in the pool!!  We also played golf with the pyramids as a backdrop very breath taking.  The hotel arranged for a lovely buffet dinner outside with belly dancers and singers... and believe it or not I did find something to eat and Joe found someone to dance with him!

These days were filled with touring, our wonderful guide Mina picked us up at our hotel.  He was 26 and a graduate of a 4 year program with a degree.  With all the history and soooo many facts to know you have to be very knowledgeable and able to deal with all different personality types.  We traveled with friends Joe and Sharon, the two Joe's were wanderer's Sharon strolled taking it all in and I was with him step by step asking questions and trying not to get lost!  We started out going to the Pyramids at Giza and the Sphinx, the three pyramids were generational Cheops, Chephren and Micerinus with each one a bit smaller than the next.  We got to climb a bit on one, Joe Manna did go into one-empty but he wanted to experience it! Saturday afternoon we went to the Egyptian Museum and see all the treasures that have not been stolen from Egypt!!  No pictures allowed, the building was build in the mid 1800's and is stuffy and not airconditioned.  So after the glow of seeing everything you realized you were sticking to yourself!!

Vicky, I wanted to write you a brief note to tell you we had a wonderful trip.  I cannot imagine anyone who had the opportunity to go to Egypt would not agree that it was indeed outstanding.  It was an opportunity we never thought we would have and you made everything easy and economical.  We have been there and back and still cannot believe We were in Egypt!!

The company you use as the tour agency in Egypt was phenomenal!  We have business cards and it is my intent to send them a personal thank you, but I wanted to let you know how great they were.  As you know we arrived in Cairo just past midnight and I was apprehensive about getting to the hotel at that late hour.  Not only was there someone in the airport to meet us, but at that late hour  he escorted us to the van where we were pleasantly greeted by the driver and Tour Director.  Mr. Ashraf William was there to give us the run down of our time in Cairo  He gave us his cell number for any questions and was there several days later when our guide came to show us around Giza and Cairo.  Our Guide, Mina Farouk was fabulous, the fact that he was proud of his heritage and loved what he was doing came through each time he spoke about the wonders we were seeing.

Mr. William accompanied us to the train station for our over night trip to Luxor, and even though we encouraged him to go home at the late hour, we were ever so grateful that he stayed with us and saw us on the train instead of leaving, because all the announcements were in Arabic.  When we arrived in Luxor we were met at the train station by another representative and taken to the ship, everything was first class and we were treated so wonderfully!  Our guide for this leg of the trip Karim Sayed was a knowledgable young man with excellent English as did almost everyone we met.  The ship was lovely and I was amazed at the spacious cabin.  The only thing I could say about the tours we went on was there might have been to many!!  A lot to see - but it was not hurried and there was plenty of time for rest between the morning and afternoon stops.  It really was nice to be able to come back to the ship have lunch and get refreshed for the afternoon tours.  The cruise was great, truly a floating hotel!  The food and entertainment  was way more than expected.  The ship's staff were attentive and such fun!

But of all the sites we saw, I can tell you it was not the pyramids that impressed me most, it was the people of Egypt, they were friendly, intelligent, helpful, curious and had the greatest sense of humor.  I can not tell you how much we appreciate your putting together our trip of a lifetime!  Thanks Again,  Joe & Deborah Manna

Thank you so much for your kindness when speaking to you on the phone.  I have wanted to go to Greece for several years.  When my grown daughters graduated College I sent them both to Europe.  Their most favorite place in the world was Greece.

I saved for this trip and was ectastic about going.

Let me try and summarize what happened:

We landed in Athens on Thursday, May 14th.  There was a gentlemen waiting to pick us up and take us to our hotel.  We arrived at the Acropolis Select 1.  Everyone in the hotel were wonderful and very helpful.  The next morning, Friday the 15th we were picked up at our hotel on our way to Pireaus (Sorry if I cannot spell).  At the port there were 2 cruise lines both going to Myknonos, Crete, Kusadasi and Santorini.  At the port they told us to go on two lines.  I went on one line and Ilona Posner went on another.  They said this would be faster if we were on 2 lines.  I waited to sign some papers, (I think they were declarations, I'm not sure) They had my name, but not Ilona's.  Then the lady working there took me off my line across to the other line.  They said I was going on the Aegean Pearl.  I told them I was supposed to be going on the other ship,  They said don't worry, the ship goes to all the same ports.  I met Ilona at the end of the line and I told her that we were going on the Aegian Pearl.  She informed me that her luggage was going on the other ship.  We then had to run to the ship and take her luggage off.  We had to find it first.  After a few minutes we got her luggage.  Someone on the cruise ship, said you better hurray the Aegean Pearl will be leaving in 15 minutes.  We rushed and finally got to our ship.  Well we waited, and waited and waited until our ship finally left. (6 hours later)  The original ship we were supposed to get on, sailed right away.  By the time we arrived at Mykonos it was night time and we had 1-1/2 hours to see the Island.  All we had time for was Pizza.  The ship was very nice and credited our account 40 Euros.  That was nice, but I didn't care about 40 Euros, I wanted to see Mykonos.  Every island we went to were no more than 4 hours.

Our cruise was over and we went back to The Acropolis Select.  We stayed there for 7 more nights.  I have never been to Greece, so I did not know that our itinerary was terrible.  Our travel agent should have told us to stay at Mykonos 3 days and Santorini 3 days.  It was nice to see the changing of the guards and The Acropolis and a few other things but 7 days was way to much for Athens.

We booked a few other things like late night in Athens which was very nice and we took a one day cruise to Hydra, Agean and I forgot the other island.  But of course we spent 40 minutes at 1 island, 1 hour and 20 minutes at another and 1-1/2 hours at the third.

All I am saying is that Greece is beautiful, but unfortunately we did not see any island for any amount of time.  We truly were misinformed about what to do.

Of course after I came home I told several of my family and friends who have been to Greece what happened and they could not believe that we weren't told to spend a few days on each island.

Well, I want to thank you for your time and effort.  I hope we can come to some agreement about what to do in this matter.

Again, thank you Aggie.

Sincerely Carol Lisak and Ilona Posner

Good afternoon George and Vicky,
We are home from Egypt in one piece and recovering from the 12 hour flight from Cairo.  All of us are beginning to get back to normal and enjoy thinking about our trip. I will write a bit later this week about the highlights for you, you know we had a great time.

As for our Nile Cruise, it was lovely. We saw things we only dreamed of, and had a wonderful Egyptologist.  Of course we were nearly "baksheeshed" to death daily, but had good bus drivers, saw what we dreamed of seeing, and rode our camels and visited the souks and bazaars.  I will fill you in with greater detail after catching up in the office.
Thank you,
Louise

Dear Mr. Tsapelas,

I am writing this short note to praise your agent Vicky.

After many changes by my clients, she put together a wonderful itinerary for Ellen Tseytel & Eugene Chernyak.

The hotels were wonderful, the cruise delightful and the service extraordinaire.

As a travel agent in this day and age, I understand the frustrations of getting all the pertinent information for the clients, but of course closing the order is difficult.  Between the internet and everything elase we have to work with, vicky did a tremendous job with this booking.

I look forward to working with Vicky again in the future, and if you are able could you kindly send me any brochures which I can use o ce new clients?

Thank you for keeping your standards high.

Cordially,

Vicky,
Our trip was very nice.  Our transfer was right outside of customs waiting for us in a nice, new bus--plenty of room.  We really liked the Royal Olympic Hotel.  The staff was very friendly and our rooms very lovely.  We enjoyed gathering around the pool area in the afternoon and early evenings for r and r.  Our city tour was very nice and our guide was very informative and gave such wonderful information.  One could really tell that she enjoyed her job.  Our ship was as expected and I think I mentioned that my parents upgraded their cabin for an room--my mom is claustrophobic.  We enjoyed visiting the Greek islands and found that our dollar was much better in Greece than other countries of Europe.  Thanks so much for all your work with our trip.  Our only other problem was what I had already mentioned but will copy it below.  Overall, we had a great trip.  Greece is such a beautiful country.

Hi Vicky,

It is Jo Collins here. You put together a wonderful package for my mother-in-law to Egypt and Israel earlier this year, they had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the personalized service that you put together.

As an independent travel agent, I received a brochure/flyer for trips with CE Vacations to Jamaica, I believe that this is also part of Rekotours (your company).

Please let me know if this is a possibility.

Thanks and regards

Dear Vicky,

We just got home last night, and I wanted to email you to tell you how perfectly everything went.  Every guide and transfer showed up, and was on time.
The Hilton was fine.
The cruise ship could use a little updating, but the cabins were spacious enough and the crew most helpful.
Our guides were marvelous, and I would really want you to know one of them, Hany in Cairo, should have his employer know how very exemplary he is.
I want to thank you again for all your hard work on our behalf.  We appreciate it and I learned so very much.
Thanks again,

Dear George,

Wahid our tour escort was great.  So were the guides in Cairo and on the cruise.  Our final guide in Cairo Abir had the best command of English and was very friendly and helpful.  We count her and Wahid as new friends.  Henni our driver in Cairo was as good as they come.  We hope he will be our driver when we return to Cairo.  Looking forward to working with you again.

Our tour escort Wahid was most helpful and professional.  He was very friendly, cordial and always smiling.  The same is true of our local tours both in Cairo and on the cruise.  Our female guide Cairo Abir had the best command of English, and was very clear in her explanations.

I just wanted to thank you for putting together this tour to Egypt for me at the last minute.  I had called & emailed several tours companies, & all of them said I was "out of luck" for a Nile Cruise, as well as, hotels, as everything was booked up for the holidays. Then, all of a sudden, I found " YTB Travel", & YOU were there for us!   Vicky, you were patient, friendly, & spent the time to put everything together.  Thank you so much!!!  You're the BEST!!!

Not only were the tour guides in Egypt  knowledgeable & effecient, but they were kind & warm, especially Mohammed on the cruise from Aswan to Luxor.  Wow, he was lots of fun!  Everybody did a fantastic job & always on time.   But the very best was Mahmoud in Cairo.  He gave me his cell phone from the start & was always available...& very caring!  We loved our trip & we now LOVE Egyptians.  We also LOVE your company & plan to use it for our future trips.  We will  be sure & tell all our friends & contacts about you! (And about YTB Travel)   Thanks so much for our Holiday vacation!

We took the 10 days trip vacation package to Egypt in December 2007. The trip was organized perfect. The company and the staff in Egypt were very professional and took care of our needs the best way possible, even when sometimes our request was a bit out of line. They went the extra mile to satisfy us in any way they could. I would specially mention the guide in Cairo Haitham Samir who took care of all our needs and requests -additional excursion - till the last moment we checked in and ready to board the airplane back to California. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We strongly recommend this package. Thank you for arranging this trip for us, it was amazing and unforgettable.

This is 1 of 3 reviews of the Aegean II, I was very impressed!

Golden Sun Cruises operates the once famous classic Italian liner SS Ausonia although she is now named “Aegean two.” This ship is a gleaning gem and is one of the best maintained ships anywhere and the finest examples of her kind left in the world. She operates short 3 and 4 night cruises out of Piraeus to the all the popular Greek Islands as well as Turkey. I highly recommend you experience the SS Aegean two, let alone the magnificent destinations she visits!

You may have this info already!

Dear George & Vicky

Just wanted to let you know what a great time everyone had on the
trip we took to Greece earlier this month.

The services provided in Greece were outstanding.  The tour operator
there was always on time for all of the planned activities and the
tour guides were exceptional, especially George our guide on the
three day Classical Tour.  We all felt like we had made many friends
by the time we left to come home and sad to leave such  a beautiful
country with such a fascinating history.

Some of the participants had never left the U.S. before and this was
a great educational experience for them, not only historically but
culturally.  I think to travel is the best educational experience
anyone can have.  I hope to do many more trips with Reko Tours who
provided us with such an exceptional opportunity to experience that
part of the world.

I would like to thank both George and Vicky for a job well done.

Yours Sincerely,

George,

Thank you for an exciting, educational, fun filled and wonderful trip to Egypt. We were pampered from the very moment we arrived in Egypt.  We were met by Haussan who took care of everything including the Visa. We were escorted to the Intercontinental Pyramid Resort and it was luxurious, comfortable and everyone was quite friendly, more than we had expected. While our rooms were being made ready it was just enough time for us to get lunch in the lounge. The diner reception in the evening was very good.

Our tour guides, Mohammad in Cairo and Aladine for 4 days and 3 nights while on the cruise, were most exceptional and very knowledgeable. I even enjoyed the camel ride (smile).  Thanks for Abraham our security escort who was with us doing our tour of the Pyramids, although we never felt that we were ever in any danger while on this trip to Egypt.

Even if they did not speak English, everyone tried hard to meet all of our needs. We were treated like VIPs in Egypt. This has been an unforgettable experience.

Now that I have experienced Egypt, I am looking forward to taking the group we have already booked with you in 2008. As a matter of fact, one of the travelers in the group plans to return on the 2008 trip with her son and grandson. How about that for loving a trip. The clients that are going in 2008 are excited and anticipating an unforgettable Egypt trip.I have assured all that I have talked to, they are in for an experience of a life time.  I'm sure the 2008 Egypt trip will be just as grand, exciting, educational and luxurious as this one.

George, my clients and I thank you very much.

George
I want to commend you and each and every member of your staff for the professionalism, dedication and services provided to my group and myself the past ten days.  You really outdid yourself.  Everything was tight.  Everyone was wonderful.  We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will be talking about this fam for a long long time.  As I sit here at my desk reminiscing the days gone by, I can't seem to get focused.  Last week I was a queen, a princess, a goddess, and cousin to half the men in Cairo and all the men in Aswan/Luxor only to be delegated to a desk in Philadelphia.  Life plays terrible jokes on you.  Jokes - Egyptians loves a joke.  We joked the whole ten days.
We loved Mostafa.  He took excellent care of us and gave us the opportunity to see Memphis and the City of Alexandria.  Fathi (Papa Zuzu) stretched our minds and our legs to the max.  I could not imagine ever seeing Egypt with anyone else.  I am sure each of us would repeat this same trip tomorrow if we could.
The hotel was beautiful.  I wish we could have stayed another few days there and when I return, I am definitely doing the 5-day cruise on the Jasmin.  Thanks to Mostafa and the captain, we were able to have a cake and celebrate the birthday of one of the group.  Riding the train was fun.  I expected Agatha Christie or Sherlock Holmes to come walking down the corridor at any time.
By the way, thanks again for the two handsome security members who rode with us.  That was worth the fam itself.  Everything was wonderful and worth every penny.  I thank you for the opportunity to have gone on this fam and I am working hard to change the minds of Americans who think they are not safe in Egypt.

Dear Vicky:

I want to tell you that my wife & I really enjoyed our trip to Egypt this past November. The people were all very courteous and seemed like they really wanted to please. At no time did we feel that we may be in any danger. Spending all day with our tour guides allowed us to get to know the culture and the Muslim's point of view. The people like Americans but they don't like our government. I have a new perspective on the world and the Middle East issues from speaking to our guides.
I would not advise to drive in Egypt because they drive like crazy compared to the US. The boat that we took on the Nile 3 night trip was OK BUT I am used to the large cruise ships. I believe there are nicer boats to take on the Nile.

Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks for your help in setting the trip up on short notice. Regards,

With this email, we would like to thank "James" at Reko Tours, the travel agent that booked our honeymoon vacation to Greece.  He was very nice, very efficient and very helpful.

As we have never visited Greece before, we called and spoke with many travel agents and many offices.  James at Reko Tours made us feel comfortable every time we spoke with him, and he was able to offer us the honeymoon vacation we wanted, beating all the prices we had received (even lower than the internet), and he did it all with excellent treatment.

We had such a great time in Greece, it is an absolutely beautiful place totally worth to visit.

We are definitely going back and we are definitely going to make the arrangements again with "James" at Reko Tours.

Many many thank to you James for offering this wonderful honeymoon.

Dear James and the management at Reko Tours:

With this letter, I would like to extend my gratitude to "James," the travel agent I recently dealt with at Reko Tours.  He was absolutely one of the nicest, most professional, efficient travel agents that I have ever worked with.  My family frequently needs complex travel arrangements since our schedules are very hectic, and James was able to successfully meet my urgent, last minute flight to Thessaloniki, Greece out of New York with no problems whatsoever.  He beat all prices I received from agents throughout New York and Pennsylvania and the Internet, and he did it all with first-class treatment.  I was thrilled with the kind, well-organized, express service that James provided me with and I just want to be sure he is commended for all his hard work and excellent customer service.  After dealing with James the past few days, I will be sure to make all my travel arrangements with James from Reko Tours.

Thank you again, James, for doing such a great job!
