Day 1:

Thursday - Air on your own or we may provide it at an extra cost to CAIRO.

Day 2:

Friday (train to Luxor) or Saturday (air to Luxor) Arrivals.  Transfer to the 5* Intercontinental Pyramids or Sofitel Le Sphinx or similar for 2 Ntsl w/ Bkfst.

Day 3:

After breakfast at the hotel enjoy a full day tour to visit the Egyptian museum, Pyramids, Sphinx, camel ride and Papyrus Institute.

Day 4:

After breakfast at hotel enjoy a day at leisure with optional tours In the evening transfer to the train station to take the sleeper train with dinner & breakfast to Aswan. (Optional domestic flight to Aswan)

Day 5:

(Monday) Optional tour to Abu Simbel ($235),  Arrive in Aswan or Luxor and transfer for a 3 nights. Nile Cruise aboard the 5* deluxe MS JASMINE or MS TULIP or MS KING OF THEBES or  QUEEN OF SHEEBA or  RAMSES KING OF THE NILE with full board. Visit the Aswan Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, sail by felucca around Elephantine Island, the Botanical Garden, and the Agha Khan.

Day 6:

Sail to Komombo, visit the Temple, then sail to Edfu. Overnight onboard in Edfu.

Day 7:

Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, sail to Esna, cross the lock, and sail to Luxor.

Day 8:

Disembarkation in Luxor (or Aswan). After breakfast visit the Colossus of Memnon, Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut Temple, Luxor, and the Temple of Karnak. In the evening transfer to A/P for your flight to Cairo. Arrive in Cairo and transfer to the Intercontinental Pyramids or Sofitel Le Sphinx for 2 nights.

Day 9:

After Bkfst, the day is free for optional day tour to Alexandria ($185) (Helnan Palestine Hotel). Click here to see the optional extension to Petra.

After breakfast at the hotel, fly home on your own.
